What is the one thing you like to do when not working?When I’m not working, I enjoy a few things to unwind and recharge. One of my favourite pastimes is tuning into podcasts. There’s something about the depth of conversation and diverse range of topics that captivates me. It’s a fantastic way to absorb new information and perspectives. Additionally, I find solace in training for half marathons. The rhythmic cadence of my footsteps and the steady flow of fresh air clear my mind and invigorate my spirit. It’s a form of self-care that keeps me physically and mentally fit. And of course, I’m a sports enthusiast through and through. Whether it’s catching up on the latest games or delving into the history of a particular sport, I find immense joy in immersing myself in the world of athletics. These activities truly add a wonderful balance to my life outside of work.

What are your favourite gadgets?My preferred gadgets include the Apple Smart Watch and the Alexa Voice Assistant. The Apple Smart Watch serves as a companion, aiding me in staying organised, monitoring my fitness, and ensuring connectivity. On the other hand, Alexa Voice Assistant is my go-to for managing smart devices and accessing information, especially during busy workdays in the office.

Given an option to choose another career, what would it be?If I were to choose another career, I would opt for strategy consulting. This field offers the opportunity to solve complex business problems and help organisations make informed decisions. Strategy consultants work on diverse projects, from market analysis to growth strategies, providing a dynamic and intellectually stimulating work environment. It’s a role that demands creativity, critical thinking, and adaptability, all of which I find highly appealing.

Which is your favourite vacation spot?My favourite vacation spot is any beach across the world, with Gokarna in India being a top pick. The beauty of beach destinations, like the shores of Gokarna, offers an escape. I particularly find solace in the gentle waves, warm sands, and the opportunity to relax in a picturesque natural setting. Whether it’s the beaches of Bali, the Caribbean’s crystal-clear waters, or the Mediterranean’s charm, beach destinations have an allure.

A TV show, a movie, and an ad campaign you highly recommend watchingI highly recommend watching Silicon Valley, a TV show that offers a satirical take on the tech industry. For a thought-provoking movie, Into the Wild is a compelling choice, based on the true story of a young man’s journey of self-discovery. As for an advertisement, I suggest checking out Zomato’s heart-warming campaigns honouring its gig delivery executives who are making everyday food deliveries possible.
