According to the January 2024 Visa Bulletin, final action date for India has advanced by two years, from the previous December 2018 to December 2020.

The significant increase in India’s priority date from 15 December 2018 to 1 December 2020 suggests significant progress in visa distribution for Indian EB-5 applicants.
