Sadashiv Nayak takes helm as CEO of K-12 schools at Lighthouse Learning

Lighthouse Learning, an early childhood and K-12 education group, has named Sadashiv Nayak as the chief executive officer of its K-12 schools division. In his new role, Nayak will be entrusted with overseeing the entire K-12 school portfolio encompassing brands such as EuroSchool, Billabong High International School, Centre Point School and Heritage Group of Schools, according to an official release.
With an experience spanning more than three decades in diverse sectors. His expertise lies in steering business turnarounds, brand building, initiating category disruptions and orchestrating enterprise-wide transformations. Under his guidance, the K-12 vertical of Lighthouse Learning Group aims to uphold and enhance educational excellence across all its institutions, the release mentioned.
Nayak’s ability to navigate complex business landscapes, drive business growth and devise innovative strategies are notable and will make him a valuable addition to the Lighthouse family. We aim to expand our footprint across the country, providing inspiring educational experiences that create lasting value for students, parents, and our dedicated team under his leadership,” Prajodh Rajan, co-founder, group CEO, Lighthouse Learning, said.
Furthermore, Nayak has contributed to the corporate landscape as a member of the Facebook Council of India and the CII committee in Retail and FMCG. Beyond his corporate achievements, he has served as a mentor to several startup founders in the fields of ed-tech, manufacturing, online marketplaces and ventures focused on the inclusion of Persons with Disabilities, it added.
